Our aim is to move everyone towards becoming an accomplished change maker. The change makers mentoring programme inspires, motivates and empower young people, lifts them up above the maze to help them see a broader perspective, boost their confidence and develop a practical set of strategies to help them accelerate their mission, stimulate growth and expand perspectives.

This mentoring programme will help SNCC ambassadors to:

Build an active network of fellow change-makers to learn with
Form an active change maker movement globally
Develop ambassadors' compelling change maker story so they can articulate in ways that others engage with
Helps change makers to build strategies for resilience and thriving, especially for when the going gets tough
Identify active and outstanding change makers in all stages of the programme, empower and engage them to be proactive in their societies
Guide them on how to strategically build relationships with people in their communities
